GreenCine.com Debuts Quick Returns for DVD Rental Customers

Leading Online DVD Rental Service Unveils new Quick Returns Feature to Help Members Expedite Turnaround Times

GreenCine (www.greencine.com), the number one online resource for film buffs, has announced that has just made renting films on its site faster and easier with the launch of a new Quick Returns application. This new solution means GreenCine members can notify the site that a disc has been sent back to GreenCine rather than waiting for the postal service to deliver it. Upon notifying GreenCine via Quick Returns, a member will have the next available disc in their queue shipped to them.

"This new feature will further expedite the process of renting by mail, giving our members another option to choose from," said GreenCine's Phillips. “Quick Returns guarantees GreenCine’s goal of 1-2 day maximum shipping, and allows us to give members another option over the USPS.”

The new GreenCine.com Quick Returns application is a simple-to-use link that sits atop each GreenCine member’s rental queue, next to DVDs that they currently have checked out. By signaling GreenCine that a title has been sent back, GreenCine shipping staff will release the next available title in their queue.

GreenCine offers plans ranging from 1 DVD checked out a time to 8 out at a time, to satisfy everyone from the casual, occasional viewer to the hardcore movie addict. “With the new Quick Returns feature now implemented, GreenCine can now more readily please all levels of service, allowing members to focus more on what’s next in their queue rather than checking the status of their last one,” adds Phillips. “We’re sure our members are going to be tickled by this feature.”
